What can I store with you?
We generally archive office paperwork for paper heavy companies such as accountants, IP’s, solicitors, finance or similar companies, and we can also store your filing cabinets. If there is something that you are not sure is included please get in touch to find out.
What is your coverage area?
We primarily cover Hampshire, Sussex and Dorset. If you are outside this area we may still be able to help, if you are unsure please get in touch.
How much does it cost?
We charge £0.56 per standard sized archiving box per month. Filing cabinets will be charged at £5.00 per full sized cabinet per month.
When and how will I be charged?
You can be billed on either a monthly or quarterly basis. We currently accept payments by cheque or bank transfer.
Do you supply packing boxes?
We can supply boxes, or accept your own. Supplied boxes are charged at £2.25 per box.
Can you pack for me?
Yes, we can box up your documents as required on site and then transport them to our warehouse. Packing or scheduling boxes will be charged at £15.00 per hour.
Do you charge to return items?
We won’t charge to deliver your boxes back to you within 5 working days. However if you would like them returned on our next working day service we charge depending on how many boxes you have in storage with us:
0-50 boxes £20 delivery charge
50-100 boxes £15 delivery charge
100-200 boxes £10 delivery charge
200+ no charge
Collections are charged at the same rates.
How quickly can I retrieve something?
We can deliver your boxes back the next working day, as long as you get in touch by 3pm the previous working day. There is no minimum number of boxes.
What is the cost to destroy a box?
We can shred your documents at £2.50 per box
